About water - in general
Water mass covers 71% of surface on Earth.
Despite that fact, today is emphasised the lack of quality drinking water, especcially in some parts of Earth. Water will even be in focus of conflicts in next decades and centuries between individual countries. The reason lies in fact that only small part of water mass on Earth is appropriate for drinking, and constant polluting of water take place. It is necessary to protect it from pollution and treasure it. Even in law terms.
Like it is said above, about 71% of Earth's surface is covered with water, but only 1% is appropriate for drinking purposes. To be specific, 1% is fresh water which can be used for drinking, but most of that water is unreachable or polluted, so only 0,023% is drinking water. Water that we use is the same water from beginning of the Earth, we have the same amount of water as in era of dinaosaurs.
The only difference is it's quality.THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER
Water's role in human organism?
Water is very significant for all functions that takes place in our organism, for example for exchange of nutrients, breathing, transforming nutrients into energy, regulation of body temperatures, etc.
One of the most important characteristic is water's role as solvent. It is certainly the best and the most universal solvent,it has a big significance for living organisms, because substance which are solvable in water can reach to all parts of organism. Water can leach nutrients in digestive tract and it is used as transport medium to terminal cells in human body.
There is one more important physical function of water - clearing our organism. Water attatch to harmful substance and extract them from organism. Through human kidneys flows about 180 litres of water to filtrate at a daily basis. So help your kidneys to work easier by using clean and non-saturated water!
Neither of function that are mentioned above do not require presence of minerals or other solvable substance in water. Saturation in our consume water complicate all physical functions.
What effect does water have on children's upgrowth?
80% of newborn baby's organism is water (as opposed 65% water in adult's organism). Child in its first years of life increases 3 times its weight and water has big role in it.
Adult person with average weight contains 50 litres of water. When we could be able to separate water from rigid substance, in graphic description human would be full with water till his shoulders. During the year people drink about 1000 litres of water or about 2,5 liters at daily basis. That not refers only on water we drink,it also includes soups, tea, vegetables, and rise and pasta which also absorbs water while cooking.
Doctors alert that heavy metals like zinc and lead, that are in food and water, deposit in kidneys, womb, bones and brain.Scientific fact is that brain cells do not have capability to regenerate itselves. So, it's better to prevent, then to cure.
